There already is. Daniel Tosh does a section called web redemption. Tosh is really funny, has a great show and has really updated what was an old and stale format.

i got sent this earlier.. It is very cleverly done with the overlaid singing perfectly aligned with the original clips of evangelist type preachers doing their thing and whipping their congregations up into a frenzy...
