Customer service is the key to earning repeat sales and word of mouth leads.

Getting your first 5 customers is the hardest thing you'll ever do in your life. After that, providing you did a good job and you gave excellent customer care the next 5 will be easier, the next 10 easier still. This is because people talk about positive experiences. When they meet someone with a similar need, they will refer you on. And when your customers need help with a new venture, they will hire you again.

Good customer service is important no matter what field you are in, it is a little time consuming though....especially if you are the one that has to contact all the customers (something I have a good amount of experience doing).
