• Hold or sponsor seminars that discuss legal issues, especially those surrounding your field of business
• Advertise in the publications of the associations lawyers join, or buy a list from these associations if they offer it.
• In absence of a list, a great way to build a list of litigators to target is by sourcing them in the yellow pages, online directory or a google search
• To get past the gatekeepers, address a gift (chocolates, flowers, business card cases, etc.) in the litigators name
• Another great way is to grow exposure on LinkedIn.
