TOPIC: Amazon Affiliates

Re:Amazon Affiliates 1 year, 9 months ago #3021

I really do like this idea. I am thinking it would work well for all the affiliates I have. I can create email lists or groups for specific affiliates and holidays.

Just be careful how vast you go because you don't want to be accused of spamming. That'll get you booted in a hurry.

Thank you for posting this Lorenz. Also, that reminds me Orrymain, I should be reminding my family and friends to shop through my link. I always forget to mention it to them.

Me, too. I ALWAYS forget to tell my friends and family to shop through my link. I'm going to have to remember this in the future!

I usually remember at the oddest times and then forget when I'm actually at the computer.

Yes, I started an Amazon Affiliate account several months ago for my blog. I haven't had much luck either. I know traffic volume plays a large part in the odds of banner hits. Does anyone know any tips that can help with this?

Exactly. And I don't push anything. All I do is say with 'blah blah' coming out, please don't forget to go through my link if you're buying at Amazon.

What a great idea, Orrymain. I never thought of sending out emails to friends and family. You can bet that I will do it this year, though!
